The Plato Corporate structure is simple and effective. A business director is assigned to the account, along with a team of consultants who support the various functions needing to be delivered on. Consultants have been assigned according to experience and expertise in each communications discipline, in order to provide clients with the very best in talent. Based on our track record of partnership with big clients, our team dynamics have proven to be highly synergistic. The hours per consultant that would be spent on the account are considered in the cost breakdown. At all times, the Managing Director of Plato forms an integral part of the leadership of the communication team assigned to the client.
